These terms apply to identDIGITAL digital services, including Digital Profile, identDIGITAL PRO, activation codes and related account functions.
A contract is concluded through the confirmed checkout order, successful payment and provision of the activation code or digital service.
Digital Profile is supplied after confirmed payment through a personal activation code. Use requires an account or access on the profile platform.
PRO is a digital annual subscription with automatic renewal unless cancelled before the applicable renewal date stated during payment.
All prices shown in the international shop are in EUR. Payments are processed by Stripe; card, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay or Google Pay may be available.
Billing details must be complete and accurate. No activation code is issued until payment is confirmed.
Customers are responsible for the legality and accuracy of the content they publish in their profiles.
To the extent permitted by law, the operator’s liability is limited to direct damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence. Availability of Stripe or the profile platform may depend on external services.
