Is identDIGITAL SIGNATURE included in PRO?
No. PRO includes personal signature templates for one person. SIGNATURE is the separately bookable business module for centrally managed employee signatures.
What is the minimum number of users?
The minimum is 10 users. With annual billing, SIGNATURE costs €1.00, €0.90, €0.80, €0.70 or €0.60 per user per month depending on volume. Monthly cancellable billing adds 15%.
Does identDIGITAL read my emails?
No. SIGNATURE does not access mailbox content or alter mail flow. It inserts the approved signature into new Outlook drafts.
Are existing emails changed afterwards?
No. Changes apply from the next new Outlook draft. Sent emails and existing drafts remain unchanged.
Can I manage different signatures and campaigns?
Yes. Signature variants can be organised by role, team, brand or location. Approved campaigns can be scheduled.
Can we run a demo or pilot?
Yes. We demonstrate the workflow personally and agree a suitable pilot scope with you.
